Helicina (?) oleosa. The poor knowledge of the Hispaniolan Helicinidae also renders it difficult to judge on the taxonomic status. The specimen very closely resembles H. foveata from St. Thomas, but the two distant islands are not known not share any species of Helicinidae. The origin of H. oleosa remains to be verified.
