Diagnosis Shell medium to large, solid, elongate fusiform. Protoconch of slightly irregular whorls, deviated from the axis of the shell. Body whorl smooth or knobbed. Aperture narrow. Columella with four to five plaits. Siphonal notch shallow. Fasciole weak. Radula uniserial with tricuspid teeth, the central cusp being the longest, basal plates arched. [details]
