Description A moderately high-spired shell, up to 4 cm. Body whorl with five spiral rows of prominent tubercles separately by rows of fine granules. Columella narrow and anal canal weak. Upper whorls with their dense sculpture of nodules give an overall knobby appearance. Colour white. Habitat: eulittoral and shallow rocky areas. Distribution: Indo-Pacific.
