Status Locard (1893) listed the original spelling of d'Orbigny (1850) but still changed the name to rouyi. According to ICZN Art. 33.2.1 this qualifies as an unjustified emendation. Cyrena rouyi was before mentioned already by Mayer-Eymar (1887), but he did not list the original spelling or discuss it in anyway, making this an incorrect subsequent spelling. [details]
