Homonymy Replacement name for Unio pinguis F. Sandberger, 1861, non I. Lea, 1857. Junior homonym of Unio pinguis I. Lea, 1857. However, Rhombunio sandbergeri is itself a junior secondary homonym of Unio sandbergeri Neumayr, 1875, both of which are presently attributed to the genus Potomida. Modell (1950) introduced Potomida littoralis eyerdami as replacement name. [details]
