Classification Classification uncertain. Cox et al. (1969) classified the genus in Modiomorphidae; Pojeta & Runnegar (1985, p. 327) regarded it a Limidae ("for now"); Kříž (2005) considered it a potential synonym of the modiomorphid genus Dceruska Barrande, 1881; Waterhouse (2008, p. 69) stated that the anterior wing and clavicle in front of the umbo and absence of teeth are suggestive of a pteriid. [details]
