Nomenclature Schrödl & Millen (2001) declared that "Following the new code of nomenclature, retention of the commonly used name T. nobilis instead of its replacement by the senior but disregarded synonym T. delicata is proposed." However, they failed to give the evidence required by Art. 23.9 of the ICZN Code for a reversal of precedence, and their proposal was not Code compliant. Priority must apply.
