Status Wenz (1923) listed the species in synonymy of Galactochilus pilari (Brusina, 1902). Lueger (1981) considered it a nomen dubium and synonymized it with the later described (!) Galactochilus leobersdorfensis [now Agalactochilus leobersdorfensis], probably assuming a Pannonian age for the illustrated specimen. The lack of diagnostic characteristics does not allow a reliable conclusion. [details]
