Cardium ponticum. Unaware of either of the two replacement names, Nevesskaja et al. (1997: 49) considered Cardium ovatum Deshayes, 1838 as a synonym of Cardium sulcatinum Deshayes, 1838; she classified the species in Pontalmyra. Pontalmyra ovata (Deshayes, 1838) takes precedence. [details]
